This is Wambleeska, (white eagle) Ska for short, Maka's ([link]) brother.
I was talking to
earlier and we were all bitching about artblocks and then BAM, we inspired each other to draw native/Atlantis-ish stuff. Thus I made this guy here.

edit: also, those aren't boobs.. he has a pretty buff body thus his pectorals are quite pumped. and because of the angle, it looks weird.
edit2: made him more masculine, kind of, and got rid of the 'boob' thing. i can't really make him THAT masculine since he's quite feminine, despite his goatee.
but yeah, hope it's better.
