Now that's a wrap around head. This angle can be challenging, but the lips and far eye you managed to render sooo well! There's depth, volume, and space on this portrait, not to mention gallons of tension and emotion. Awesome awesome job!

The color is perfectly fine, the features just make her look not very Korra-ish. The term whitewashing I think is overdone, but the reason this looks "whitewashed" is the features, not the skin tone. I've seen plenty of screenshots of Korra where her skin is around this color (actually a very good deal of them).
